Essay

In the dissertation at the monographic level the theoretical bases of a technique of investigation of criminal offenses against a public order are investigated. The description of the specified illegal actions as object of criminalistic researches is given. The concept of a criminal offense against public order is formulated. It is determined that transformations in the law enforcement system of Ukraine, changes in certain legal acts necessitate the unification of certain terms. It is proposed at the legislative level to enshrine the term "public place" in the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
