Kichuk A. Foundations of psycho-emotional health of students

The dissertation presents the results of the study of the essence of psycho-emotional health of the individual as a property that ensures effective life through the enrichment of protective and compensatory potential in the current circumstances of sensory hyperstimulation. The basic model of development of psychoemotional health of the person of mature youth is developed, containing algorithm of development of process of self-knowledge (goal-setting, definition of dominating psychological techniques, personal reflection), with inherent sign of openness where the vector of positive dynamics comprehends processes of preservation I. The test-questionnaire "Diagnosis of psycho-emotional health of the person" which allows to define levels of psycho-emotional health as a personal property at a stage of mature youth is created. A developmental system has been proposed and tested, which is aimed at the implementation of full-fledged psychological support of the process of strengthening the psycho-emotional health of students.
