Object - functional and biochemical disorders of the kidneys with dysbiotic syndrome and inadequate nutrition, antidysbiotic and nutritional prevention; goal - to investigate the role of dysbiotic syndrome and inadequate nutrition in the pathogenesis of nephropathy and to develop principles of antidisbiotic and nutritional prevention of chronic kidney disease; methods - pathophysiological; biochemical; pharmacological; statistical; results - the influence of dysbiotic and alimentary factors on the condition of the kidneys in the reproduction of experimental pathology is investigated and the expediency of using multifunctional antidisbiotic drugs for their prevention and treatment is substantiated; on the basis of experimental researches the dysbiotic mechanism of development of inflammatory-dystrophic processes in kidneys is revealed and it is offered to use polyfunctional antidisbiotic drugs, high-oleic fats and drug ω-3 PUFA for their prevention and treatment; the highest antilysozyme activity of LPS which exceeds action of other pathogens in hundreds and thousands of times is revealed; high-fat diet with the use of high-palmitic fats cause in the kidneys a decrease in lysozyme activity, increased activity of elastase and urease, the degree of dysbiosis; the expediency of using high-oleic fats in the diet is substantiated; established nephrotoxic effect of thermoperoxide sunflower oil, which leads to the development of dysbiosis and inflammation; an experimental model of vitamin F deficiency was developed by using a special diet containing coconut oil; developed a preparation containing all essential polyunsaturated fatty acids, stabilized with a mixture of fat-soluble antioxidants (α-tocopherol and β-carotene) based on high-oleic sunflower oil - "Liposan-forte"; the expediency of using polyfunctional antidisbiotics of different compositions for the prevention and treatment of nephropathies of different genesis is substantiated; it is recommended to use the following biochemical parameters of kidney tissues to determine the pathogenic effect of various nephrotoxicants: lysozyme activity, elastase activity and MDA content, urease activity; to determine the state of dysbiosis in the kidneys, it is recommended to use the enzymatic method on the ratio of the relative activity of urease and lysozyme.
