Filipova N. The Strategy of Financial Support of Innovative Development in the field of Health Care.

This research aims at forming the basis for theoretical and methodological as well as practical guidelines for devising and implementing the strategy of financial support of innovative development in the field of health care. The classification and content filling for medical service are improved in terms of economic maintenance and basis of its main types: method of production, method of allocation, source of funding, belonging to the social assets. Financial support of health care is suggested to be considered as the consolidation of organizational and economic relationship which appears at the stage of formation, division and efficient usage of assets on the relevant levels of medical service provision. Methodological approach for strategic financial support and management of innovative development of health care is devised, which follows the plain meaning of scenario-specific model and suggests two functional systems of management: governmental and automated. Pattern-generation algorithm and strategy selection of financial support of innovative development in the field of health care of Ukraine are suggested. As well as the implementation of cluster model as an actualization tool for financial support strategy of innovative development of health care is validated by means of long-term contractual arrangements between applicant and supplier of medical services.
