The dissertation contains research of theoretical and methodical, psychological and pedagogical as well as scientific and methodological bases of shaping teachers’ professional skill for global dimension of democratization of education. The research develops, substantiates and verifies a model system of formation of teachers’ professional skills for the global dimension of democratization of education, which is designed as an interdependent and correlated complex of subsystems: target, methodological and conceptual, methodological and organizational, integrative and content as well as relevant, which are implemented under the defined conditions, namely, a global dimension of mobility of teachers’ professional skills, social protection of global democratization of education, science and innovation and favorable psychological and pedagogical climate of organization of professional skills of teachers, formed on the axiological platform of human-centeredness, student-centered learning and nature relevance.
The authorial concept of shaping teachers’ professional skills for the global dimension of democratization of education on the basic concepts – adaptive implementation, socialization, philosophical and methodological and rational efficiency – is substantiated and developed.
The interpretation of the concepts of “teachers’ professional skills”, “democratization of educational space” and “democratization of education”, “educational institution in the global dimension of democratization of education” is formulated in the author's context and the content of concepts of “pedagogical discourse”, “information and communication (digital) competence”, “socio-cultural competence”, “psychological and pedagogical competence”, “global qualification competence” of teachers is specified.
The update of the structure and content of professional skills of teachers for the global dimension of democratization of education, which consists of existing qualities, nature-appropriate abilities, professional-oriented abilities, professional readiness, professional competence, development and skills of teachers, is proposed.
A conceptual and strategic matrix is developed based on the TILMAG method for forming professional skills of teachers for global dimension of democratization of education with ideal elements of the decision and formation of similar associations of basic approaches and principles. The strategies of the structural and logical chain of realization of global transformations for harmonization of the system of continuous education are substantiated. The authorial interpretation of concepts is formulated.
The content and methodological modules of the integrative course of Global Challenges of Democratization of Education are developed and implemented for continuous training of teachers (socio-cultural organization of education; information and technological mobility of teachers in the academic space; psychological and pedagogical synergetics of professionalism; qualitological foundations of scientometrics). The pedagogical experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed system of forming the professional skills of teachers for the global dimension of democratization of education.
The scientific provisions of pedagogical research in the theoretical and methodological aspects of the fundamental-philosophical and definite scientific methodology of forming the professional skills of teachers for the global dimension of democratization of education are further developed.
