Essay

The dissertation research substantiates the author's concept of training future primary school teachers to work with students in the intercultural space of Transcarpathia; there has been developed a pedagogical system for training future primary school teachers to work with students in the intercultural space of Transcarpathia, which combines the theoretical and practical foundations of the educational process (principles, methodological approaches, the author's concept, stages (motivational, worldview, activity and reflexive), pedagogical conditions (the introduction of value-oriented activities aimed at forming the readiness of future teachers to work in an intercultural space; the implementation of interdisciplinary relations based on the principle of integration; ensuring the practice-oriented nature of the professional training of future teachers to work with students in an intercultural space; activating the creative potential of students by involving to participation in festivals, holidays of national minorities to study traditions, rites, customs); a structural model of this system has been built, which is represented by blocks (target, theoretical and methodological, content and organizational, effective). The theoretical and methodological principles of the polyparadigmatic approach to the construction of the content of higher pedagogical education, oriented on the formation of intercultural competence of future primary school teachers as subjects of professional activity, capable of realizing themselves in the intercultural space of Transcarpathia, have been improved. There have been specified pedagogical essence of the concepts «readiness of future teachers to work in the intercultural space of Transcarpathia» and «intercultural competence of future primary school teachers», a diagnostic toolkit for determining the state of readiness of future primary school teachers according to a five-level scale (high, sufficient, average, lower than medium and low). The bank of technologies and teaching methods in higher pedagogical education using traditional and interactive technologies (role-playing games, foresight games, trainings, case-study method with video technologies, simulation games, etc.) has been supplemented. The methodological and theoretical principles of training future primary school teachers in institutions of higher education received further development; the problem of increasing the effectiveness of forming the readiness of future primary school teachers to work with primary school students in the conditions of the intercultural space of Transcarpathia, increasing the number of ways to improve the quality of training future teachers and their justification.
