Essay

A system of training future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity in medical institutions of higher education is substantiated and developed in the dissertation study. Its theoretical and methodological foundations and components are presented: the presence of a leading idea of a training system that performs a system-creating function; goal, methodological approaches and principles, pedagogical conditions, components and criteria, completeness and interconnection of system components aimed at achieving the goal. The concept of training future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity, its levels (methodological, theoretical and technological) has been developed. The concept is presented as a structure of scientific knowledge, which is reflected in the systematization of ideas and views regarding socially significant values, knowledge, beliefs, and experience that influence the organization of the procedural and operational characteristics of the preparation of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity; actualizes the leading idea, theoretical and methodological foundations, regularities, principles, content-meaningful filling of the structural-functional model as a projection of theoretical provisions on the practical sphere of professional activity, pedagogical conditions for achieving the effectiveness of the formation of the studied concept, its criterion-evaluative characteristics. It was determined that the pedagogical concept of training future masters of medicine for pedagogical activities in medical institutions of higher education embodies leading ideas: constructive preparation of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity in medical institutions of higher education, oriented towards solving professional tasks, saturates the educational environment with actualized problem-pedagogical situations and professional events; updating the content of medical education on the basis of saturation with scientific and pedagogical ideas about the pedagogical (preventive, educational) activity of future masters of medicine in the health care system; involvement of future masters of medicine in the implementation of professional and educational practices in the health care system; actualization of personal responsibility of future masters of medicine for training for pedagogical activity in medical institutions of higher education. The effectiveness of the developed system and its structural-functional model has been experimentally proven through the implementation of methodological approaches, principles and pedagogical conditions. Among them: the focus of the educational process on the formation of the motivational and value attitude of future masters of medicine towards pedagogical activity in the health care system; pedagogically oriented connotation of the content and methods of studying general scientific and special medical disciplines; the optimal combination of educational forms, methods, technologies in mastering the pedagogical component of medical practice by future masters of medicine; pedagogical support of personal and professional self-development of future masters of medicine. The possibilities of medical institutions of higher education in the training of future masters of medicine for pedagogical activity (meaningful, content, integrative) have been identified, which are actualized taking into account certain constructs (intensification, androgenicity, vitogenicity and acmeology) and have distinctive characteristics (predictability, temporality, spatiality, resourcefulness, sociality, polysubjectivity), which reflect the specifics of mastering pedagogical activities in medical practice.
