Cherneta S. Theory and practice of training of future specialists in social work to provide social services

In the dissertation, based on the results of an interdisciplinary analysis of scientific literature, there are substantiated the scientific-theoretical and practical principles of professional training of future social work specialists for the provision of social services; it was carried out the analysis of the basic research concepts “social sphere”, “social service”, “social work”, “social service”; it is summarized foreign and domestic experience of professional training of social work specialists; there were analyzed the historical and conceptual foundations of the formation and development of the system of social services in Ukraine and abroad. There was also characterized the regulatory and legal support of the system of social services in the state; there was developed the professional profile of a social work specialist in the context of preparation for the provision of social services; it was carried out the monitoring and evaluation of the quality and efficiency of social services in the territorial community; structural evaluation criteria and the level of readiness of future social work specialists to provide social services are determined; it was developed and tested the system of training future specialists in social work for the provision of social services. It was presented its content-technological and educational-methodological support at the bachelor’s educational level; organizational and pedagogical conditions are defined. It was checked the effectiveness of the developed system. There were determined further prospects of research and experimental work.
