Dovzhuk V. Theory and practice of training pharmacy masters in universities of Central and Eastern European countries

In the dissertation the theory and practice training of masters of pharmacy in universities of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe are investigated. According to the results of the theoretical analysis, the preconditions for the formation of organization structure training of masters of pharmacy in universities of Central and Eastern Europe were clarified. Characterized by the genesis of educational level university education, it is due to the formation and formation of the pharmaceutical business, the drug supply system in Central and Eastern Europe. The analysis of the current period of development of organization structure training of masters of pharmacy, the pharmaceutical sector and its influence on the structure of the system of higher pharmaceutical education in the universities of Central and Eastern Europe. The improved content of training of masters of pharmacy in the universities of Central and Eastern Europe primarily contains the basics of design, construction and evaluation of pharmaceutical quality systems, study of their structure and functions in the industrial production of pharmaceuticals throughout the life cycle. The model of the integrated educational process of training of masters of pharmacy in the universities of Central and Eastern Europe, the components of which are methodological and organizational, is scientifically substantiated and designed; experimental-functional and monitoring-evaluation blocks. An experimental study of the effectiveness of the implementation of the model of integrated educational process training of masters of pharmacy in the universities of Central and Eastern Europe was conducted in the conditions of higher education institutions of Ukraine. The experimental study involved students majoring in 226 - "Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy ", educational and qualification level" Master "of the National Medical University named after O.O. Bogomolets, Kyiv International University, Vinnytsia National Medical University named after M. I. Pirogov, Ukrainian Military Medical Academy, National University" Lviv Polytechnic "in total 387 people: at the ascertainment stage and 207 people at the formative stage of the experiment, 180 people. The results of the experimental study confirmed the effectiveness of the implementation of the model of integrated educational process of training of masters of pharmacy in the universities of Central and Eastern Europe and in Ukraine in the context of European integration.
