The dissertation is devoted to the study of the subject of conducting in the criminal process. It is analyzed scientific views on the subject of conducting in criminal proceedings. The concept of the subject of conducting in the criminal process is defined, its content and meaning, external and internal structure are investigated. The functional purpose of the subject of conducting has been studied, its distribution is based on the principle of division of labor. The scope and boundaries of the subject of conducting in the criminal process have been established. The place of the subject of conducting in the criminal process in the structure of legal influence is determined. It is examined the set of subject of conducting with other categories of criminal procedural competence. It is analyzed the correlation of the subject of conducting with criminal procedural function and powers. The structure of the subject of conducting in the criminal process is determined. Its material and procedural elements have been studied. In the dissertation study, attention is paid to the correlation of the subjects of conducting of the criminal process bodies. The correlation of the subjects of conducting of the criminal prosecution bodies has been determined. The relationship between the subjects of conducting of the judicial control and justice bodies has been established.
