The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and scientific-methodical provisions, practical recommendations for ensuring the development of the economic security system in conditions of competition. The proposed a conceptual basis for the implementation of the scientific provisions of the competitive paradigm in the management of the development of the system of economic security of industrial enterprises by formalizing the basic axiomatics and hypotheses of the transformation of the security space, which are based on a syncretic combination of the guarantors of integrity and stability with strategic guidelines for the formation of new competitive advantages that are formed as a result of building up values and costs in crisis conditions. It is proved that the transformation of the economic security system of the enterprise within the framework of the competitive paradigm is based on changes in the structure of the system elements, namely, development, as a transition to a system of a higher level of management effectiveness, is ensured by the integration of external functions into the internal environment of the economic security system, in which, under the influence triads of sectors of the security space are transformed into competition-forming functionals and provide security and competitiveness to the industrial enterprise in the external market space, which was also implemented and reflected in the applied application when evaluating changes in the level of the profile and effectiveness of competitive security and the potential of the economic security system of the industrial enterprise. A set of methods for comprehensive diagnosis of the state and development potential of the economic security system of enterprises in competitive conditions, which includes evaluation according to the criterion of "concrete security", factor and structural analysis of management, as well as an economic study of potential strategic guidelines for providing strategic-oriented protection of industrial enterprises, has been justified and agreed upon. which allows identification of threats and effectiveness of preventive strategic management of the competitive position of industrial enterprises. The classification of types of economic security of enterprises within the framework of the strategic-competitive approach is proposed, the author's features are distinguished by the type of response, evolution and competitive functions, as well as approaches to the structuring of the laws of management of the system of economic security of industrial enterprises. The processes of forming a system of security strategies of an industrial enterprise, which are implemented through the transformation of the system from basic security strategies to competitive strategies for the development of the economic security system, as well as substantiation of the author's methodological tools for analyzing strategic positions according to the criterion of "competitive security", setting priorities when choosing a competitive strategy for the motivation of the development of the system of ensuring economic security in conditions of competition, which allowed proving the applied value and practical application of the author's hypothesis and provided an opportunity to predict the effectiveness of implementing strategies for the development of the economic security system in conditions of the competitive space of an industrial enterprise, have been improved. The theoretical provisions of the dissertation work have been brought to the level of methodological tools and recommendations for assessing the state of economic security of enterprises according to the criterion of "competitive security" and the level of development of the economic security system of industrial enterprises according to the "IEEE" models, which are intended for analyzing the competitive-forming functionalities of the economic security system, and "SDDS", which analyzes the factor impact of competition on the security system, which together allow us to substantiate the vector nature of the management of the economic security system using the tools proposed by the author for determining the security strategy. The proposed methodological tools were practically applied to assessing and forecasting the development of the economic security system of industrial enterprises, and some provisions were implemented in activity.
