The objekt of the work is the process of forming and formulation of prognosis. The aim of the research work is the creation of the theory of intellectual prognostication. Psychological mechanism of resolving contradiction between impossible and obliged using of standards and rules of formal logic is the base of the theory. The research method is the ascent from abstract to concrete, which is performed by the use of dialectical logical concepts, judgements and traidical conclusions worked in the research work. The research novety consists in the improvement of method of intellectual content mounting taking into account psychological relationship between the opposed logics of understanting the same object and this ensures qualitatively higher level oh its cognition. Theoretical research significance consists in formal substantiation of possibility of psychological mechanism modelling, forming and formulating prognosis by means of dialectical logical concepts, judgements and triadical conclusions. Practic al research significance is determined by the possibility of using conceptual foundations of logicpsychological prognostication theory in different spheres of intellectual activity - creation cognitive, communicative and training
