Thesis is devoted to the diagnosis of acute inflammatory diseases of the abdominal cavity organs (appendicitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis), estimation of the postoperative period course and inflamatory process in the wound with proximity radiative dynamic heat-flowmetry.The autor has studied the density of heat flow from the deep structures of abdominal cavity organs upon the front abdominal wall depending on constitution, sex, age, seasons, time, food habits, occupation, lati-tude, longitude, rough sea in practically healthy persons, workers of water transport and inhabitans of the coast regions; in the patients with the front abdominal wall hernia; in acute inflammatory diseases of abdominal cavity (appendicitis, cholecystitis, pancreatitis) with the aim to diagnose and control the course of postoperative period, estimation of regeneration and manifestation of inflammatory process in operative wound. The possibilities of heat flow density in diagnostic algorythm of inflammatory diseases of abdomina l cavity organs had been determined.
