Essay

Object - vocational training in Germany in the process of its historical development. Aim of research-to reveal the principles of vocational training development and to substantiate on their basis the theoretical and practical approaches to the reforms in the conditions of transition to market economy. For the first time the development of German vocational training is reflected; its essence, structure fnd contents are revealed; the progressive trnds of development, social-pedagogical hrinciples and regularities are shown basis of vocational training are introduced. The research is based on the method of comparative analysis on 2 leves-time level and space level. Results-revealed in the research is the history of foundation and development of vocational training in Germany of the tnd of XIX-XX centuries as of the separate branch of tducation, having its own essence, forms of organisation, principles and regularities of development and recommendations on renewing vocational education in Ukraine have bee n worked out. Area of applying. Working out special courses on the problems of foreign vocational pedagogics for the higher pedagogical iducational istablishments bodies of state govemment and education administration.
