It has been investigated the mutagenesis in the adenovirus-cell system using the methods of molecular genetics and virology. The primary factor of the induced mutagenic process is the expression of early viral operons E1A, E1B, E4 which are responsible for the stimulation of replication and tumorigenic transformation of the cells. The secondary factor of the destabilization is changing of cellular genes activity and mutations under the influence of viral genetic information. The additional factor is the inhibition of repair enzymes. There are formulated the statements of the mutagenesis regulation conception under the influence of exogeneous nucleotide sequences. 6156
