Kuznetsova O. Valuable-ethical regulation of journalistic activity in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the decision of the problem of increase of morals in mass media at theoretical, methodical and empirical levels. The bases of journalistic ethics; ethical values and also documentary sources containing them were dafferentiated. The comparative analysis of foreign and Ukrainian codes of journalistic ethics and ten foreign systems of valuable-ethicalregulation of journalistic activity was carried out. Transformation of the edition with highest circulation of all Oblasts of Ukraine was investigated. The external and partially internal transformation of press was revealed, which was shown in moral deviation, interferention of ethical demands. It had become the basis for development of the draft of codified code of journalistic ethics and the draft of system of moral regulation in mass media before trial in the court.
