Bilyayeva O. Сomplex treatment of the peritonitis and preventive maintenance of it's complications.

The dissertation is devoted to treatment of the diffuse peritonitis, it's complications and it's preventive maintenance with application of chemo- and biosorption preparations. The inspection 435 patients of the diffuse peritonitis of the various genesis is carried out. The peritonitis classification and it's complications is offered. In complex peritonit treatment the active methods of treatment - laparostomy with programm sanations of the abdominal cavity are used. Is developed and putted into practis the method of peritonitis treatment based on physic-chemycal law of osmos. The combined laser therapies , the enterosorption therapy by an enterosgel have been used The power processes, which level depends on a degree of endotoxicosis at the patients having the peritonitis (АТPh, АМPh, АDPh, POL, МMМ, catalasa , lactic acid) are investigate. The way of preventive maintenance of the suppuration of a postoperative wound is offered. At local peritonitis the lethality has made 1,7 %, diffuse -3,2 %, widespr ead and general - 26,8%. In a reactive stage of the peritonitis lethality has made 9,1 %, in toxic and terminal - 33,9%. General lethality at peritonitis has made 9,86%.
