Magomedov B. Chernyakhov Culture. The problem of ethnos

The antiquities of Chernyakhov culture (3d - beg. 5th cent.). Studying the ethnic structure and the history. The reprospective method was used. The most complete list of the memorials and the artifacts has been raised. For the first time the analyses of the archaeological materials on the whole territory of South-East Europe has been done. As a result it was proved that the Germans (the Goths) were predominant part of the Chernyakhov population. Also it was shown the role and the geographical allocation of the Slav's, Skythian-Sarmate's and Thrakian's parts, and were investigated the historical fortunes of the different ethnic groups. The dissertation might be used by archaeologists and historians.
