Petrunya Y. The unprofessional subjects of the Ukrainian stock market

The thesis is dedicated to problems of individual investors' activity in getting the status of joint-stock capital owner and its realization. In the thesis the causes, forms and appropriateness of individual and joint investment actions of non-professional subjects at the Ukrainian stock market are determined. The circumstances limiting possibilities of effective market self-regulation of the share relationship, which unprofessional investors acting as participants are determined. The ways of overcoming of limitation of market self-regulation, increasing the defending level of small-sized investors' rights and interests, improving of the joint-stock gear of attraction and draft on funds are reasonable. The main results of research have found their application in activities of legislative and executive authorities, at some enterprises and in the study process.
