Essay

The creation of the new penetrative model of the language in anthropological sphere which unites philosophical conception of the logos with the analysis of the language existing and intonative cognitive capability of developing discourse. The experimental research of the speakers of the different mentality performed. It has been created a new method of the interpretation of computer intonation graphics. The shpere of using is the rehabilitation centers,Pedagogic and law institutions. Results lay in the basis of the new conception of program of the applicable cognitive linguistics.
