Bandurka S. Administrative and Legal Ensuring of Security of the Activity of Individual Entrepreneur in Ukraine

The author of the dissertation has studied security of the activity of an individual entrepreneur in Ukraine within administrative and legal relations, as a property of effective functioning of the legal administrative order, which is to achieve the ability of the state and its agencies to ensure the stable and effective functioning of individual entrepreneurs, by creating necessary conditions for this and stimulating the development of individual entrepreneurial activity due to the active influence of the state, both by adopting new regulatory acts and by exercising of powers conferred by state agencies. The author has provided own definition to “administrative and legal mechanism for ensuring security of the activity of an individual entrepreneur” and has substantiated the composition of its elements, as well as the need to adopt a separate legislative act – the Law of Ukraine “On the security of the activity of individual entrepreneurs in Ukraine”. Administrative and legal relations in the field of entrepreneurship have been characterized. The composition of subjects of administrative and legal security of the activity of individual entrepreneurs has been determined and their powers have been analyzed.
