Fetko Y. Legal Foundations of International Cooperation of Local Authorities of Public Power of Ukraine

The research of legal foundations of international cooperation of local authorities of public power of Ukraine is carried out in the dissertation. Theoretical and practical problems of normative legal regulation are defined and directions of its improvement are worked out. It is researched that the existing scientific researches are concentrated mainly on economic, political science, historical, social issues, problems of public administration and international relations, while the domestic legal science does not pay enough attention to the research of legal regulation of international cooperation of local authorities of public power, in particular cross-border and interterritorial cooperation.
