Essay

The dissertation presents the results of the study of the process of formation of ethnocultural competence of future teachers of music and choreography from the People's Republic of China in higher pedagogical educational institutions of Ukraine. The paper summarizes the content of the concepts of "culture", "ethno culture", "competence". The structure of formation of ethno-cultural competence of future teachers of music and choreography from the People's Republic of China in the composition of: motivational, cognitive, activity components is developed. It is proved that the process of formation of ethno-cultural competence of future music teachers and choreography from the People's Republic of China provides the following principles: positive attitude to cultural diversity, cultural correspondence, dialogue, polling, and complexity. The results of the research made it possible to develop a platform for determining the pedagogical conditions of formation of ethno-cultural competence of future teachers of music and choreography from the PRC in higher pedagogical educational establishments of Ukraine. A schematic model of the identified process is developed, including: setting the goal of the study; pedagogical principles; components of ethno-cultural competence (motivational, cognitive, activity); stages of formation of the studied phenomenon (theoretical-analytical, educational-organizational, final-effective); criteria and levels of formation of the phenomenon under study; pedagogical conditions for the formation of ethno-cultural competence of future teachers of music and choreography from the PRC in higher pedagogical educational institutions of Ukraine; effective forms, methods and means of the identified process. The formative experiment and the calculation of its results allowed us to confirm the ability and effectiveness of the proposed method of formation of ethno-cultural competence of future music teachers and choreography from the People's Republic of China in higher pedagogical institutions of Ukraine.
