Thesis for PhD degree is a complex scientific research of legal effect of transactions, made by juveniles and minors. Doctrinal approaches towards the identifying the term of a transaction, made by juveniles and minors, the author’s view of solving detected problems on this basis are proposed. General characteristic of legislation, regulating legal effect, which occurs outside the borders of juridical personality is given; and also legal effect of making a deal by juveniles and minors, influenced by mistake or fraud and as a result of malicious agreement of a representative of one party with other are also shown. Legal prerequisites of occurrence and doctrinal grounds for forming the term of juveniles and minors as parties of civil legal relations are determined. The concept, structure, types of juridical personality of juveniles and minors as well as the approaches towards understanding the transactions as realizing the actions of juveniles and minors are analysed. Determination of the will and its expression of juveniles and minors, their dependence in forming are researched. Legal effect of making deals by juveniles and minors beyond the borders of juridical personality is analysed. The effect of making deals by juveniles and minors, influenced by mistake and fraud is researched. Legal effect of making deals by juveniles and minors, as a result of malicious agreement of a representative of one party with other is specified. Theoretical offers and practical recommendations, concerning improvement of current legislation and jurisprudence in legal civil regulation of transactions, made by juveniles and minors are developed.
