Krolenko D. Administrative and Legal Support for Project Management of Regional Development

The thesis is devoted to the development of scientifically proven ways to improve administrative and legal support of project management of regional development. On the basis of a comprehensive thorough review of scientific literature, study of international and foreign practices of regional management, the situation of scientific development of this problem is analyzed. An overview of the region as the subject of administrative law is given. It is noted that the task of state management is to preserve functioning of existing systems in a state, to execute programmes aimed at achieving the goal provided with the legislative basis, material and human resources, a reliable feedback channel and objective information.
