Nazarko Y. Constitutional right on health protection in Ukraine and European Union countries: comparative legal research

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the constitutional right of the person to health protection and improvement of the legislation, law enforcement practice in Ukraine in this field. The doctrinal and normative sources of this law, the research methodology, the historiography of development, the concept and content, the constitutional and legal provision of the right to health protection in Ukraine and the EU countries are analyzed, its place in the system of human and citizen rights and freedoms is determined. The law under study is one of the conditions for the enjoyment of other human and citizen rights, which guarantees their proper physical existence. Therefore, the right to health protection is a natural, inalienable and inviolable human right, normatively enshrined at the national and international levels, which includes all possible means for the development, preservation, security and, in the case of violation, the restoration of a harmonious level of physical, mental and mental state of her body.
