Bilyk O. Legal regulation of partial unemployment in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to complex and thorough research of legal regulation of partial unemployment. The work has clarified the legal the nature of partial unemployment, the nature is revealed and characterized signs, the prerequisites for the origin and genesis of the legal regulation of partial unemployment. According to the results of the dissertation, the author's formulations are formulated provisions that are made to the defense and contain elements of scientific novelty. For the first time, a comprehensive list of features of legal regulation is given partial unemployment, doctrinal definition of the concept of legal regulation of partial unemployment. The author formulated a definition the notion of "the function of the legal regulation of partial unemployment" as well the objective of legal regulation of partial unemployment is substantiated.
