Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of analysis of legal bases of interaction of civil society and the state in the conditions of formation of democratic, rule of law in Ukraine, the basic forms of such interaction are analyzed, the problem is defined and directions of reforming and improvement of such interaction are proposed. In order to determine the theoretical and methodological foundations of the legal foundations of the interaction between civil society and public authorities, the scientific works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists were analyzed, which explored the relevant connections at different stages of the formation of law and the state. On the basis of the analysis of problems of realization of legal principles of interaction of civil society and public authorities in Ukraine, proposals for reform and improvement of mechanisms of such interaction were developed. It is noted that for today all problems of realization of legal principles of interaction of civil society and public authorities in Ukraine should be overcome by the latest forms of interaction, mutual control, mutual assistance and cooperation on the principle of "horizontal", partnership relations. Such a process would be a positive example of a rational, constructive relationship based on mutual trust, the principles of democracy, the rule of law and the priority of human rights.
