Shumeiko I. Administrative-legal counteraction to violations of corporate rights in Ukraine

The system analysis of the administrative-legal counteraction to violations of corporate rights in Ukraine has been carried out, the problems in its legal regulation and law-enforcement practice have been identified, the prospects of its improvement have been determined with the provision of proposals for the solution of the identified problems. The position of legal doctrine concerning the definition of subjective corporate right is investigated and summarized. It is proved that normative definitions of this concept require unification. The historical periodization of the emergence and development of corporate legal relations has been proposed. It is substantiated that in the countries of Western Europe the periodization of the emergence and development of corporate legal relations has 3 intervals: the first (XV century - the middle of the XIX century) - emergence of the first corporations and the lack of a developed regulatory framework, the second (II half of the XIX century - 60's XX century) - development of the corporate form of entrepreneurship and implementation of relevant legislation, the third (60-ies of XX century - present) - globalization of corporate legal relations, an attempt to unify their legal regulation in different States.
