Popivniak O. Administrative and Legal Principles of Ensuring the Customs Security by Law Enforcement and Customs Authorities

The thesis presents a theoretical generalization and new solution of the scientific problem of determining the nature and content of administrative and legal bases for ensuring the customs security by law enforcement and customs authorities, justifies the directions and ways of improving the current legislation and enforcement activities of law enforcement and customs authorities. The main part of the thesis contains an introduction, three sections covering seven subsections, conclusions, a list of sources, annexes. Section 1 “Theoretical and Legal Basis of Administrative and Legal Ensuring the Customs Security by Law Enforcement and Customs Authorities” provides an overview of scientific research on customs security and its administrative and legal ensuring, highlights relations ensuring the customs security by law enforcement and customs authorities and characterizes them as a subject of administrative and legal regulation, justifies the principles of administrative and legal ensuring the customs security by law enforcement and customs authorities.
