Hudoba I. Administrative and Legal Status of the Corps of Operative and Rapid Action as the Special Unit of the National Police

The author of the dissertation has provided theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in determining the essence, content and peculiarities of administrative and legal status of the Corps of Operative and Rapid Action as the special unit of the National Police of Ukraine and the ways of its improvement, taking into account national practice and international experience. The following stages of the development and formation of militia special units in Ukraine have been defined. The modern system of agencies of the National Police of Ukraine has been defined as an integral set of separate elements that are functionally and organizationally interconnected, have the objective and tasks defined at the legislative level, and are aimed at fulfilling the functions and tasks set before the police.
