Essay

The dissertation for the first time defines and substantiates the set of pedagogical conditions of preparation of future speech therapists for innovative activity in the conditions of inclusive pre-school education (resource and scientific and methodological support of the process of preparation of future speech therapists for innovative activity in the conditions of inclusive preschool education; development of positive motivation to the acquiring practical experience of innovative activity; use of innovative forms and methods of organization of inclusive education and ways of interaction of all subjects of this process). It is developed and tested the model of preparation of future speech therapists for innovative activity in the conditions of inclusive pre-school education, which covers the following blocks: methodological-purpose (purpose, tasks, approaches, principles); substantive-procedural (main directions of activity, stages, forms, methods); evaluation-resultant (criteria, levels, result). An obligatory element of the model is the system-forming links that promote the interaction of the elements and the formation of the whole. On the basis of the analysis of the structure of preparation of students in the specialty 016 Special education (speech therapy) criteria have been developed – motivational-valuable, cognitive-activity and reflexive-evaluating and indicators that together allow to reveal the level of readiness of the future speech therapist to innovative activity in the conditions of inclusive pre-school education which is a personal entity that mediates the relationship between the effectiveness of a speech therapist's innovation and its focus on improving its professional level.
