Iliasova Y. Professional training of junior medical staff in the process of studying special disciplines

The aspects of professional training of future junior medical staff in the process of studying of professional disciplines are substantiated and investigated in the dissertationю It is proved that their training becomes effective if special pedagogical conditions are introduced in the educational process of medical schools, it is possible to improve the quality of their professional training. The dissertation highlights and scientifically substantiates the main problems of professional training of students in medical colledges. The main concepts of the research «training», «professional training», «professional training of future junior medical staff», «readiness», «professional readiness» are analyzed. It has been established that the study of professional disciplines contributes to the effective formation of the professional orientation of clinical thinking and the acquisition of professional knowledge and skills. It is emphasized that the process of studying professional disciplines in combination with training on real clinical practice helps future junior medical specialists rapidly to adapt to future professional activities.
