.The work has been devoted to the research of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of professional image formation (image-making) in students of specialty 061 Journalism, who have been studying in institutions of professional higher education. In the research, the scientific definition of "professional image of a future professional junior bachelor of journalism" has been interpreted as a mental construct that encompasses a formed system of feelings, motivational and evaluative qualities, is based on external charisma, and has an emotional and psychological impact in order to popularize the media and effectively perform professional duties. The main purpose of a professional image is to encourage the electorate to admire the personal and professional qualities of a journalist and to stimulate the desire to imitate his or her actions and behavior. The main goal of a professional image is to convey positive information about oneself, personal and professional ideals, qualities, plans and actions.
It has been identified and analyzed cultural aspects, features, main elements, key characteristics, signs of the professional image of future professional bachelors of journalism. In the semantic plane, the author has investigated the image masks that can be used by future professional junior bachelor's degree journalists in the process of image-making. The structure of the professional image of future professional junior bachelors of journalism includes motivational and value, cognitive and knowledge, communicative and activity, and personal and reflective components.
In order to increase the effectiveness of image formation, the importance of pedagogical technology has been substantiated, which is considered as a complex practically oriented and systematic process that includes ideas and methods of organizing practical activities in the field of planning and implementing targeted work on the formation of a professional image in future professional junior bachelor's journalists.
The author's pedagogical technology of the formation of professional image in future professional junior bachelors of journalism has a goal, clear tasks and has been based on specific scientific theories and concepts; covers a set of general scientific principles, methodological approaches, practical interactive and special methods, techniques and methods of image-making; provides the implementation of successive stages of practical image-making activities; includes a well-grounded scientific and methodological support for practical activities on the formation of professional image; contains specific parameters for assessing the level of formation of all components; it is aimed at obtaining a positive result in the process of image formation in the educational environment of the college.
Based on the usage of pedagogical modeling, a graphical model of pedagogical technology for the formation of professional image of future professional junior bachelors of journalism has been developed, which includes three blocks: conceptual (purpose, objectives, scientific theories and concepts, methodological approaches and principles); content (educational environment of the college (educational components, practical training, scientific circles, trainings) and pedagogical conditions); procedural (techniques and methods of image-making, interactive and special methods of organizing image-making, stages of professional image formation, components, levels, results).
The leading role in the formation of professional image in future professional junior bachelors belongs to pedagogical conditions, namely: stimulation of the motivational and value sphere of image formation through the introduction of game activities in the educational environment of the college; activation of educational and cognitive activities for the formation of professional image through the use of interactive seminars; development of the communicative and reflective sphere of applicants during image formation by means of training technologies. In order to form a professional image, the developed pedagogical technology and pedagogical conditions have been introduced into the educational process of EG students. The results of the experimental study showed that the future professional junior bachelors of journalism of the EG achieved significant positive results of image formation, which contributed to the improvement of all components of the professional image, while in the CG no mathematically significant results were recorded.
The practical significance of the research lies in the development and implementation of pedagogical innovations in the professional training of future professional junior bachelors of journalism, which involve the usage of training ("The Art of Self-Presentation and Image Creation") and interactive technologies that contribute to the formation of a professional image.
