Tomashevska M. Preparation of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines for professional interaction by means of interactive technologies

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of preparation of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines for professional interaction by means of interactive technologies. The state of elaboration of the problem in psychological and pedagogical theory and practice is investigated and analyzed. Structural components of readiness of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines in professional interaction are motivation, the cognitive-communicative, a professionally-reflexive components. Identified component of readiness of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines in professional interaction meet criteria: motivational value, zanno and activity, personal and professional, on the basis of which described four levels of development of the identified phenomenon: high, sufficient, satisfactory, low. Theoretically grounded and experimentally tested pedagogical conditions, positively influencing the training of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines in professional interaction (accolate professional interaction in the training of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines, design kvaisi interactive environment of professional interaction, stimulate independent work of students to gain experience with professional andragogic interaction). Developed and tested the efficacy of structural-functional model of preparation of future teachers of pedagogical disciplines in professional interaction by means of interactive technologies which reflects the substantive content and interrelationship of theoretical, methodological, substantive-procedural and diagnostic-efficient units. The reliability of the obtained results is proved by methods of mathematical statistics using Fisher's criterion.
