Essay

The state of theoretical and practical developments of the issue of entrepreneurial competence formation of higher education institutions students in China has been investigated in the thesis. The expediency of research is enhanced by the need to overcome the contradictions between the demand for competent professionals in the field of entrepreneurship in the modern labor market and the general low awareness by the population in this area. Furthermore, the research is considered to be factual due to disagreements between the need for active application of innovative theoretical achievements of Chinese specialists in the entrepreneurial competence formation of high school students and the weak consideration of these achievements by the Ukrainian educators in finding the ways to solve successfully this issue in Ukraine as well as existing denial between accumulated promising experience in the formation of this competence of future professionals in China and insufficient attention of the Ukrainian teachers to generalization and identification of opportunities for creative use in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results is that for the first time: the theoretical bases of entrepreneurial competence formation of higher education students of China have been investigated as well as on the basis of comparison of points of view of leading Chinese and Ukrainian scientists the key concepts have been defined, in particular the essence, structure, content of entrepreneurial competence of future experts have been revealed; the best experience of this competence formation of Chinese and Ukrainian higher education institutions students has been analyzed and on the basis of its comparison the perspective directions of creative application of Chinese experience on a researched issue in educational process of the Ukrainian higher school have been outlined; the genesis of the idea of ​​ entrepreneurial competence formation of the individual in China has been revealed. Moreover, there have been clarified the origins of this idea. The methods, forms, means of teaching and education that ensure the successful formation of entrepreneurial competence have been further developed. A significant number of (around 58) unknown and little-known sources related to the entrepreneurial competence formation of higher education students in China have been introduced into scientific circulation.
