Essay

Object: dual system of vocational education in Germany; purpose: on the basis of a comprehensive scientific analysis of the formation and development of the dual system of vocational education in Germany to determine its theoretical, legal and practical principles of development and outline opportunities for creative use of constructive ideas of German experience in reforming the vocational education system of Ukraine; methods: theoretical: analysis of philosophical, psychological-pedagogical, methodical and historical literature, normative-legal documents in the field of education; analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience; modeling; systematization, generalization and formulation of research conclusions on their basis; empirical - surveys, observations, conversations; novelty: for the first time in the domestic pedagogical science the integral analysis of formation and development of dual professional education of Germany taking into account historical, social and economic, political, pedagogical factors is carried out; the theoretical bases of development of the dual system of vocational education of Germany and their interdisciplinarity are substantiated; the structure of the system of dual education is studied, its diversification and conditionality by a specific economic and social way of development of Germany is shown; identified promising areas for the development of dual education in Ukraine, taking into account the constructive ideas of the German experience; the complexity and ramifications of the legal framework of the dual system of vocational education in Germany are specified; similarities and differences in the development of vocational training systems in Ukraine and Germany; the role of craft and labor training in Ukraine in the twentieth century. as analogues of the dual system of vocational education; socio-political basis of different ways of development of these systems in the historical context. historical facts about the development of dual education in Germany were further developed; provisions on the possibilities of social partnership in the system of dual education development; little-known German scientific sources, new facts, documents concerning the development of dual education in Germany were introduced into scientific circulation; developed organizational and methodological support for professional training of future teachers and masters of industrial training in the system of vocational, professional higher and higher education (textbook "Dual education system of Germany" and a special course "Vocational training in the dual education system").
