Chornobryvets V. Legal and administrative framework of realization the right to obtain a professional legal aid in Ukraine

The dissertation research is devoted to the complex analysis of the legal nature of realization of the right to receiving professional legal aid. The scientific approaches of domestic and foreign scholars to the theoretical and practical implementation of professional legal assistance in Ukraine from the administrative and legal point of view are analyzed. The historical and legal description of organizational and functional bases of professional legal aid is given. The concept of "professional legal assistance" is formulated, its essence is investigated. The administrative and legal regulation of professional legal assistance in Ukraine is described. The subjects of realization of professional legal aid are analyzed. The system of legal aid in Ukraine is studied. The forms of realization of the right to receive professional legal aid in Ukraine are determined. The foreign experience of realization of professional legal aid in Ukraine is generalized. Recommendations and proposals for improving the implementation of professional legal assistance in accordance with European standards.
