The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological features of the motivational structure of individuals with different types of employment, who are in the process of job search, and to identify differences in the motivational sphere of individuals with different types of employment. The dissertation analyzes theoretical and methodological, psychophysiological, professional, psychodiagnostic aspects of the problem of motivation of a person in search of work, reveals the general organization of the study, considers and substantiates methodological tools, identifies a number of personal factors that positively or negatively affect motivation to look for work. individuals with different types of employment, statistical data of the study are given, quantitative and qualitative indicators of the obtained results are analyzed. The scientific search of the research is aimed at determining the main motivating factors of a job seeker, researching the specifics and comparing the leading motives of a person with different types of employment in the process of job search, expanding scientific ideas about differences in the motivation of individuals with different types of employment. work. Knowledge about the specifics of forming the motivation of a job seeker has also been further developed. Based on the results of theoretical analysis of the literature and empirical research, a comprehensive program for the formation of positive motivation of the individual with different types of employment, taking into account certain psychological features of motivation of each type. The practical significance of the dissertation is that a differential approach to thestudy of a person who is looking for work will improve the work with the unemployed in the direction of increasing work motivation. The results of empirical research and conclusions can be used to develop employment programs and increase the efficiency of the employment service, which will allow practical psychologists, social workers, employment centers to successfully diagnose and make appropriate psychocorrective effects on the behavior of unemployed people given their specific motives.
