Pocheptsov Y. Effectiveness and efficiency of law: comparative legal aspects.

The dissertation is devoted to the definition and characterization of comparative legal aspects of the effectiveness and efficiency of law, their categorical manifestation, factors and criteria of measurement, status and ways of strengthening in the current conditions of legal regulation in Ukraine. The Introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, defines the connection with scientific programs, plans, topics, formulates the purpose and objectives of the study, identifies the object and subject of research, reveals the functionality of research methods, points to the scientific novelty of the results, substantiates the practical significance obtained research results, provides information about the approbation of the dissertation materials and the author's publication. It is substantiated that the scientific study of the effectiveness and efficiency of law, especially through the prism of their comparative legal aspects, has a high degree of relevance, as it involves the study of fundamental principles of law - its inherent properties to be effective and efficient, aimed at achieving social utility.
