Mykytiuk Y. Development of management system of innovation and investment projects in housing construction

The dissertation for gaining the scientific degree of the doctor of philosophy of economic sciences on the specialty 073 – management. – Western Ukrainian National University of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Ternopil, 2020. The dissertation outlines the basic concepts and economic categories: "innovation activity", "innovation", "subjects of innovation activity", "investment", "investment activity", "innovation-investment project" as complex concepts, the essence of which can be explained from the standpoint of the theory of innovation, investment and project management. In our opinion, an innovation and investment project is a set of works interrelated in terms of resources, contractors and deadlines, able to ensure economic efficiency and high profitability through the introduction of operational activities of the construction organization of product, technological and organizational innovations.
