Kopylchak B. The strategic management of the development of the youth public organizations in Ukraine.

The dissertation researched the system of strategic management of the development of youth public organizations in Ukraine by using the concept of strategic institutionalization in the process of moving the organization along a progressive serpentine between different models of managerial thinking. The theoretical provisions for the identification of youth public organizations in the field of civil society from the standpoint of a managerial approach to their understanding have been clarified, in particular, priority areas of youth policy have been identified, models of the development of interactions between youth public organizations and institutions of civil society have been identified, critical strategic priority directions for the development of cooperation have been determined, which enables to understand the specifics of the interaction of commercial business and youth public organizations, youth public organizations with other public organizations and society in general. The global model of interaction of youth public organizations with counterparties in the process of realizing their goals and specific tasks for youth public organizations, state and municipal authorities and commercial businesses, which allows achieving one and/or three priority development goals: improvement of membership and structure of the organization, growth the quantity and quality of resources attracted by organizations and/or improving the image and brand of organizations in the process of civil society development in Ukraine following the sustainable development goals developed by the UN. This was realized by fulfilling the main tasks of the dissertation work: the management essence of youth public organizations in the context of civil society in Ukraine was revealed; scientific and methodological approaches are summarized and the theoretical foundations of strategic management of the development of youth public organizations in Ukraine are investigated; an analysis of subsystems of organizational support for strategic management of the development of youth public organizations in Ukraine was carried out; on the basis of the analysis of the internal environment, the development factors of youth public organizations in the process of strategic management were identified; a comprehensive diagnosis of the external environment of the functioning and development of youth public organizations in Ukraine was carried out; the available forms of the process of strategic management of the development of youth public organizations in Ukraine were investigated; proposals for improving the system of strategic management of the development of youth public organizations in Ukraine based on the 5A algorithm were developed; a model of interaction of youth public organizations with counterparties in the process of realizing their goals was proposed; on the basis of the goals of sustainable development, it is proposed to carry out the transformation of the goals of strategic management of the development of youth public organizations in Ukraine.
