The dissertation substantiates theoretical provisions on the mechanism of human rights protection with emphasis on its institutional component, constitutional complaint as an element of this mechanism, and also develops on this basis proposals for improving national legislation on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, in particular, admission, consideration and resolution of such complaints.
