Essay

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and experimental solution of scientific task for psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration in the field of defence of operational-tactical level in the postgraduate educational system. The results of scientific resources analysis concerning essence of relevant types of endurance and content of psychological training of military professionals has made it possible to define essence and content of psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration, which directs their training towards development of the most professionally important qualities, which combine psychical, physiological and physical spheres of military-professional activity. There were substantiated he structural components of psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration (value-motivating, cognitive, emotional-and-will, professionally-and-activity and subjective) on the basis of essence and content of psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration definition and generalization of the main approaches to wards it and for the diagnosing of the development of the above-mentioned the correspondent criteria and exponents: value-motivating (values of military and professionals activity and motivation to development of psychophysical endurance), cognitive(knowledge regarding development of psychophysical endurance; knowledge concerning peculiarities of functioning of the nervous system and mental states in standard and extreme situations), emotional-and-will (emotional state, stress management and social adaptability), professionally-and-activity (physical endurance of military applied character, strength of nervous system, psychical lability), subjective(self-evaluation and general internality concerning development of psychophysical endurance) were elaborated. Рedagogical model of psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration, which reflects systemic and contextual interrelation of the aim, methodological approaches, principles, pedagogical conditions, content, technique, criteria and exponents of its development evaluation and are structured in the purpose-and-methodological, content-based, subject-and-professionally-based, organization-and-process-based and diagnostic blocks, was developed. The result of implementation of authorial technique of psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration is development of their psychophysical endurance through systemic performance of different psychophysical exercises. The technique consist of three stages – motivational-and-knowledge-based, development-based, result-based, which are logically related, interdependent and have defined terms, aim, tasks, the main methods and means, forms of education organization and kinds of educational classes, which are aimed at purposeful psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration. The simple average of all scales for each component was calculated and its statistical generalization confirmed positive tendency towards psychophysical endurance development of experimental group students, in particular, the high level increased from 5,26 % to 26,32 %, sufficient – from 21,05 % to 47,37 %, average – decreased from 47,37 % to 15,78 %, low – from 26,32 % to 10,53 %. Changes that occurred in control group are not significant in levels of its development and not influences substantially on its general development. The positive tendency towards students of experimental group’s development confirmed hypothesis of research and efficiency of pedagogical conditions of its development. The developed methodological recommendations to subjects of educational process is a basis for improvement of special physical training content and improvement of main directions of pedagogical influence on psychophysical endurance development of future professionals of military administration in the field of defence of operational-tactical level in the postgraduate educational system.
