The thesis is dedicated to the electronic justiceʼs concept, its origins and development prospects. This thesis is designated to enlight and unify the concept of the electronic justice, to determine its tasks and functions. The achievement of this scientific work constitutes the conclusions obtained from the analysis of various international sources relating to the regulation of the electronic justice in different countries. Such a comparative analysis allows to define the electronic justiceʼs essence and features, to assess the risks of its use, as well as to find the ways how to eliminate or minimize them.
