Bilichenko T. M. Problems of initial mathematical education in M. V. Bohdanovych heritage (1925-2006) - Qualifying scientific work on the rights of the manuscript. The dissertation is devoted to solving a scientific problem, which consists in comprehensive coverage of pedagogical heritage and scientific and methodological activities of M. Bogdanovich in the field of teaching mathematics in primary school to enrich knowledge about the development of primary education in Ukraine in the second half of the twentieth century and highlighting the provisions and recommendations of the scientist, which have not lost relevance. In the first chapter "Scientific biography of M. Bogdanovich against the background of the development of domestic primary mathematics education" the scientific biography of M. Bogdanovich is reconstructed, the main periods of his scientific activity are highlighted and characterized. The second chapter "M. Bogdanovich's contribution to the development of the content of primary mathematics education" describes the main achievements of the scientist in the field of forming the content of primary mathematics education during educational transformations at the three main stages of this process. The third chapter "M. Bogdanovich's work in the field of methods of teaching mathematics in primary school" outlines M. Bogdanovich's contribution to improving the methods of teaching mathematics in primary school, highlights the innovative types of educational literature developed by him, which significantly enriched domestic methods of teaching in primary school.
