Noda O. Improving the process of fabric designing by using technological facilities

The object of research is the process of design of household fabrics and clothing purpose. The subject of research - the texture of fabrics for various purposes, raw materials composition and structure. Theoretical research was based on the use of systemic methods analysis and formal logic, the basic provisions of analytical geometry on the plane and mathematical analysis, principles of modeling processes and phenomena with using a systematic, design and hypothetical approach. As the main experimental methods selected expert, organoleptic and instrumental research methods. Expert method allowed to study a large amount of experimental material and attribute the tissue to the nature of the textured surface to certain groups. Organoleptic method used for visual analysis of tissue texture using visual and tactile sensation. The instrumental method is based on the analysis of optical images of the surfaces of tissue samples, followed by mathematical processing the results obtained. The method was used to visualize the fabric design computer simulation. Processing of experimental results was carried out by mathematical methods statistics, regression and correlation analysis using modern computer equipment, standard software packages Microsoft Office 2010, Adobe Photoshop and Toup View and Interweaving application packages.
