The actuality of the dissertation research is to improve and develop a model of psychological support for personal and professional development of employees of the State Employment Service of Ukraine (SESU), due to the problem of forming a personnel reserve in public sector of Ukraine. In addition to the standard requirements for the intellectual potential of professional activities of such professionals, definitefactors are important: innovative, creative and scientific-methodical components, that, in turn, requires additional analysis and rethinking of the necessary competencies and personal qualities employment service specialists, especially their personnel reserve.
