Budynskyi R. Economic assessment and management of business projects of enterprises

The business projects of enterprises are the research object. The development of theoretical and methodological, methodical, and applied theses of economic evaluation and management of enterprises’ business projects are the research goal. The research methods are as following: systemic, grouping and systematization, method of logical-linguistic relations, analysis of hierarchies, empirical research, analysis and synthesis, statistical analysis, structural-logical analysis, expertise, morphological analysis, graphic. The method of evaluation the formation of business design at an enterprise has been firstly developed; the scientific and methodological theses of business projects economic justification, the hierarchical method of diagnosing enterprises’ business projects, the model for optimizing the costs of enterprises’ business projects management have been improved. The classification of types of enterprises’ business projects, the set of evaluation indicators of enterprises’ business projects management have been developed.
