The dissertation is complex research on the development, analysis and application of information management system in trade enterprises (TE).
Particular attention paid to the management of information flows in the process of the information management system (IMS) of the TE logistics, allows the company to optimize the mechanism of all structural units organization. The efficiency of TE in modern conditions directly depends on the quality of management decisions made by its managers, which, in turn, are determined by how well organized the flow of information flows both within the enterprise and between trade enterprises and the external environment. Solving the problem of rational organization of information flows is impossible without creating an effective IMS of trade enterprises logistics, which should provide a continuous process of collecting, processing, transmitting and storing information required to make management decisions at all levels, in all systems and units.
The object of research is information flows in the logistics system. The subject of the research is the IMS of information flows management of the trade enterprise logistics. The set of research methods and approaches is applied in the work, which allowed to analyze the existing IMS of TE logistics, the advantages and limitations of application of the analyzed mathematical models of information control systems are highlighted.
The scientific novelty of the obtained results. The following scientific results are obtained in the dissertation:
For the first time:
- the concept of modeling of IMS of the TE logistics is developed;
- the model of IMS of the TE logistics (network of the enterprise of retail/small retail trade) which is endowed with cognitive characteristics and can be applied as a component of Smart City is offered;
- developed structured processes to ensure stable operation of the TE;
- multi-purpose models of complex operational management of the information flows of the TE logistics were developed;
- proposed methods and algorithms of functioning of information flows of the TE logistics taking into account inquiries for the goods and their quality are offered.
Improved:
- method of analysis of the management system logistics of the trading company based on the model of self-organizing maps Kohonen and neural networks Kohonen for forecasting the activities of the trading company, which in contrast to existing methods reflects the study results in the form of visual two-dimensional maps.
Further developed:
- modeling of the dynamics of the perspective period of information flows in the logistics of a commercial enterprise.
- conceptual bases of IMS of trade enterprise logistics.
The information support of the TE with use of the following programming languages is developed:
1. The database of the IMS of the trade enterprise logistics was created using the framework of Google - Firebase.
2. The client part of the project is implemented in the form of a mobile application "SmartLogistik". The mobile application principle of operation is the interaction of the user with the database, the core of which is the neural network. The application was created using the integrated development environment Android studio 4.0.1 beta based on the Java programming language using the following widgets: ViewPager, SearchView, Spinner, ScrollView, Button, EditText, ImageView, TextView. Containers such as ConstraintLayout, LitearLayout and FrameLayout were used in the mobile application development.
3. The core of the IMS of trade enterprise logistics (server-analysis), represented by an artificial neural network, the implementation language – GoLang.
Proposals for improving the information system of the TE and the use of the IMS of logistics are tested and implemented (with the software installation) in the work of the following retail TE:
- LLC "PREMIUM AQUA TECHNIC" (act on the implementation № 03032020/03).
- GOLDEN BOX LLC (act on implementation dated 27.02.2020).
- ARE (Academic and Research Enterprise) "А.В. New technologies" (act on the implementation dated 5.03.2020).
- LLC "STROYSPEKTR" (act on the implementation dated 06.02.2019)
The dissertation was performed following the research plan of the KNUTE. R&D № 0117U000058 "Development of information management system of the enterprise" (dated 05.06.2020 №1148 / 56), the executor of which is the applicant, contains the results of scientific research.
The results of the dissertation research were used in the educational process of KNUTE (reference from 03.07.2020 №1332 / 22) in the disciplines "Information Systems Design Technology", "Software Architecture and Design", "Cloud and Grid Technologies", "Standardization and metrology of software"," Programming and administration of the information system of the enterprise" and in the development of methodological support of the educational process.
